Als Head of Creative & Marketing (m/w/d) führst du unser Kreativteam und verantwortest gleichzeitig die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Marke. Du verbindest gestalterischen Anspruch mit Leadership-Qualitäten, hast ein feines Gespür für Kommunikation und bringst Ideen in eine Form, die überzeugt – visuell, inhaltlich und strategisch.

Aufgaben
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Kreativ-Teams (Design, Copy, Content)
  • Entwicklung einer zukunftsgerichteten Marketingstrategie für hurra. com – gemeinsam mit Management & Sales
  • Supervision von Kampagnen, Branding-Projekten und Pitches – intern wie extern
  • Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Markenidentität über alle Kanäle hinweg
  • Stärkung unserer kreativen Exzellenz – durch Struktur, Tools und Inspiration
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Consultants und Performance-Units
Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Art Director, Creative Lead oder Head of Marketing – idealerweise in einem digitalen Umfeld
  • Starke konzeptionelle und gestalterische Kompetenz im Bereich digitaler Markenkommunikation
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Kreativteams und beim Aufbau effizienter Prozesse
  • Strategisches Verständnis für Brand Development – intern wie extern
  • Offenheit für datenbasiertes Marketing, moderne Tools und kanalübergreifendes Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und sichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Remote-Erfahrung und idealerweise Wohnsitz außerhalb Deutschlands (z. B. EU, Asien, MENA)
