About the Role:  

The Talent Team at Planet is charting a new course, and we're looking for a temporary Talent Partner to support our hiring efforts across EMEA. Your mission will be to identify and engage top talent that will shape Planet's future.

You'll partner closely with department leaders and hiring managers to design and deliver a seamless, human-centered hiring process. As a first point of contact, you'll serve as a key ambassador of Planet's story—and it's a compelling one to tell.

This is a full-time, remote position based in EMEA. If located near a Planet office, you are expected to work onsite 3 days per week. This role is expected to last 6 months.

Impact You'll Own:

• Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment focused on EMEA, from role scoping through to offer stage.
• Build and present diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines while guiding candidates through every step of the process.
• Source, screen, cultivate, and close candidates with a balance of speed, quality, and care.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment, facilitate pre-interview briefings, and lead post-interview debriefs to drive objective decision-making.
• Leverage Planet's Talent Acquisition tools (including Greenhouse) to maintain accurate data and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within EMEA markets.
• Bachelors' degree or equivalent
• Experience managing the end-to-end hiring process using Greenhouse.
• Experience recruiting in high-growth and/or technology-driven environments.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Skilled at partnering with hiring managers and People Business Partners to deliver strong hiring outcomes.
• Adaptable, composed, and enthusiastic in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to authentically connect with people across diverse backgrounds and levels of experience.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Exposure to outbound sourcing techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including asynchronous communication across time zones.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Experience coaching and educating hiring managers on recruiting best practices.
• In-house recruiting experience within agile, data-driven tech organizations.
• Expertise in outbound sourcing strategies for EMEA talent markets.
• Experience hiring in aerospace, data, or software companies.
