Our mission:
To create a mini quantum computer that will completely change how we perceive and utilize quantum computing.
What we do:
Quantum Brilliance is fabricating quantum computers with integrated quantum chips using qubits based on color centers in diamond. This allows us to operate quantum computers at room temperature, and outside of the lab. You will work alongside our Quantum Utility Exploration team, which is responsible for the development of quantum algorithms that exploit the potential of diamond quantum computing to its fullest.
Your tasks:
The hunt for Quantum Utility has many facets. Your tasks could include, but are not limited to;
• In-depth literature review of classical analog computing use cases, or state-of-the art of classical (or quantum) reservoir computing, or research on efficient Quantum Signal Processing algorithms
• Exploration of machine-learning algorithms for the control and readout of diamond quantum systems – or even helping with constructing a testbed for future quantum computers We will tailor the tasks to match your skills and interests – this is your chance to gain experience and add your own ideas
What you should bring
• You're a student enrolled at a German university, in physics, chemistry, materials science, computer science or other technical or engineering courses
• You have experience with Python, and basic knowledge of quantum algorithms
• Be proficient in the English language
