• You manage team induction, competence development, and autonomy through training and follow-up actions
• You ensure adherence to safety, work instructions, and quality standards, escalating issues as per protocols
• You lead meetings, annual reviews, succession planning, and promote continuous improvement
• You foster a positive work environment and recognize team achievements
• You enforce health, safety, and environmental rules, and oversee equipment maintenance
• You lead daily problem-solving, ergonomic risk elimination, and action plans to enhance SQCDM metrics
• You contribute to project industrialization, ensuring smooth startups and layout optimizations

You inspire us with that~

• You have a master's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Production, Industrial, Mechanical)
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office
• You have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, TPM, Standard Work, 8D etc.)
• You have very good analytical skills, as well as the ability to solve problems
• You have very good communication skills
• You speak German and English fluently
