Your Area of Work

As a Working Student in Process Excellence, you will support the continuous improvement of core corporate processes at Deutsche Börse Group. You will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art methodologies, digital tools, and project management approaches. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will help analyze, document, and optimize company-wide processes, contributing to a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

• You assist in process improvement initiatives by supporting data collection, analysis, and documentation
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• You support the evaluation and implementation of employee-submitted ideas within the WorkFlows initiative
• You help track the progress and impact of ongoing improvement projects
• You contribute to the preparation of project plans, presentations, and reports
• You participate in documenting lessons learned and best practices for knowledge sharing
• You support the application of process management and project management

Your Profile:

• You are currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field)
• You have a strong interest in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation
• Initial experience or coursework in process management, project management, or related topics is a plus
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, process mapping)
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with digital tools (e.g., Power BI, PowerApps, or process modeling software) is an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus
