- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Kommunikationsstrategie mit klaren Standards und Prozessen zur Unterstützung einer konsistenten und effizienten Kommunikation innerhalb des SAP S/4HANA-Programms und gegenüber den Stakeholdern in der Firmengruppe Liebherr
- Kommunikationsverantwortung über verschiedene Formate und Kanäle hinweg: Von Stakeholder-Analysen, maßgeschneiderten Botschaften und der Organisation von Stakeholder-Veranstaltungen bis hin zur redaktionellen Planung, Erstellung von Inhalten und Kanalmanagement
- Förderung des Engagements und einer transparenten, zeitnahen Kommunikation zwischen verschiedenen Projektteams, wie z. B. IT, Business-Teams und externen Berater:innen
- Frühzeitiges Erkennen und Beseitigen von Kommunikationsbarrieren, um die gemeinsame Ausrichtung und Dynamik aufrechtzuerhalten
- Regelmäßige Überprüfung der Wirksamkeit von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und Erstellung von Berichten für das Programme Management
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Programme Management, dem Transformation Lead, den Programme Directors und externen Berater:innen

Qualifikationen****
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikationswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 4-6 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Kommunikationsfunktion, vorzugsweise in technologieorientierten oder von Transformation/Change geprägten Umfeld
- Fähigkeit, komplexe und technische Themen in klare, ansprechende Inhalte zu übersetzen, die auf unterschiedliche Zielgruppen zugeschnitten sind
- Ausgeprägte schriftliche und verbale Kommunikationsfähigkeit, mindestens sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit über Funktionen und Kulturen hinweg
- Sicherer Umgang mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen, einschließlich der obersten Führungsebene
- Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse: Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, insbesondere in der Koordination und Steuerung von Kommunikationsaktivitäten innerhalb von IT-Projekten
- Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA oder großen ERP-Projekten sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
