Customer Success Manager

- Own the onboarding journey for new B2B partners, ensuring smooth integration, training, and activation of Tunz's eSIM and connectivity services.
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the lifecycle — managing renewals, performance reviews, and proactive success planning.
- Drive adoption and engagement by understanding each partner's goals and aligning Tunz capabilities to deliver measurable value.
- Monitor account health using usage, revenue, and engagement metrics; take action to prevent churn and drive growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
- Gather partner feedback and share insights with internal teams to inform product improvements and feature prioritization.
- Represent the voice of the customer within Tunz, advocating for needs that improve satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term success.
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Management, ideally in B2B SaaS, mobile tech, or connectivity sectors.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and onboarding processes for enterprise or platform partners.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and recommend improvements.
- Comfortable managing multiple global accounts in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-first approach to problem solving.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
