Responsibilities:

  • You will support pre-sales, presenting technical solutions to customers
  • You will handle post-sales 3rd level support
  • You will mentor less experienced colleagues and develop technical training materials
  • You will participate in complex migration/automation of IT infrastructures
  • You will install and configurate products at retailers and their end customers
  • You will deal with technical escalations

Required Skills:

  • You have STRONG C1+ German language skills
  • You have relevant certifications (ideally Fortinet)
  • You have 5+ years of experience in pre-sales/technical advisory roles, and experience delivering presentations to customers
  • You have experience guiding less experienced colleagues
  • You have knowledge of various relevant technologies and stay up to date with new technology
  • You have deep knowledge of IT architecture e.g. LAN, WAN, firewalls, routers etc., virtualisation and cloud platforms
  • You have an independent and proactive attitude to your work

Desired Skills:

  • You have other relevant certifications
  • You have knowledge of other European languages
