How You'll Impact.
Project Management.
You will set up and manage cross-functional projects across our three pillars (Business Development, Corporate Development & Strategy), ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. Further you will ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment across project goals, by coordinating and operationally impacting project delivery.

Stakeholder Management.
As part of the Business Excellence Team, you will act as an interface between department heads, managing directors and Inverto's top management and work closely with them. You will report to and work directly with the Head of Business Excellence.

Decision Support & Communication.
You will conduct data-driven analyses to provide executive decision support while preparing clear reports and presentations that turn complex data into actionable insights. You will provide ad hoc support by creating slide decks for leadership meetings next to organizing team meetings and calls.

What You'll Bring.
You have
successfully completed your master's degree in economics or business administration
and have
5-7 years of professional experience
in a demanding project management role e.g. in a consulting environment..

You are an
expert in the field of project management and strategic thinking
, preferably you have gained experience in an
international, dynamic environment
. Previous experience in IT project management or process optimization is a plus.

You are
well organized and structured
. You also enjoy taking on responsibility in a highly professional and committed team.

You
enjoy working analytically, conceptually and love to implement
. You have the ability to
grasp complex issues and present them confidently and structured
in a way that others can understand.

You have
good language skills in English and German
.
