Our many exciting business units and subsidiaries include ship owning, ship management, finance, technical/marine, maritime digital solutions, marketing, cruise, offshore, project development, procurement among others and the Schulte Maritime Services. Then Bernhard Schulte in cooperation with the Hamburg School of Business Administration (HSBA) offers you the perfect opportunity to put this into practice from October 1st, 2026. During the three -year study, you will work closely with the Department Heads of Bernhard Schulte GmbH & Co. KG, take on administrative tasks as well as small projects and support the teams in day -to -day business. At the HSBA, you will deepen the knowledge you have acquired in practice with a broad, basic knowledge of International Management - Shipping. In addition, you will strengthen your methodological and social skills in separate seminars and projects. In this way, you will be comprehensively prepared for the demands of the modern corporate world.
