Ihre/Deine Aufgaben
  • Als fester Bestandteil des Deal Teams unterstützt Du maßgeblich bei Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Abschluss von Transaktionen
  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Investoren auf Top-Managementebene
  • Desktop Research für Unternehmensprofile sowie Markt- & Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Entwicklung von integrierten Finanzmodellen und Unternehmensbewertungen für Kunden
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen für Kunden
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der Client Acquisition
  • Selbständiges Vorantreiben eigener Projekte


Ihr/Dein Profil
  • Begeisterung für digitale Themen, disruptive Innovationen und neue Technologien
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Universität oder Fachhochschule), vorzugsweise mit finanzwirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
  • 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Corporate Finance Bereich oder relevante Praktika
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Ausgezeichnete Social Skills und sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse
  • Hoher Grad an Motivation und Eigeninitiative
  • Spaß an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Team und an täglich neuen Herausforderungen
