What you'll do & Who you are

Join our FP&A Team and help shape data-driven decisions across all of Kleinanzeigen. As a valued team member, you'll contribute to revenue analysis, reporting, and financial operations while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg.

You report to the Head of FP&A.

What You'll Do:

  • Support weekly revenue updates and performance analysis for leadership visibility.
  • Help automate weekly and monthly performance reporting to drive efficiency.
  • Contribute to month-end close activities, including P&L reporting, fluctuation analysis, and commentary.
  • Monitor incoming invoices and manage the accrual process in close alignment with budget owners.
  • Provide hands-on support to budget owners on purchasing workflows and SAP processes.
  • Collaborate with controllership and other cross-functional teams across the group globally.

Who You Are:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and are studying for at least one more year.
  • You have gained initial experience in a finance-related role (internship, working student, or similar).
  • You bring strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel; Google Sheets knowledge is a plus.
  • You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and goal-driven way.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and feel confident working with data and systems.
