Als (Senior) IT Application Specialist (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Microsoft 365 bist du Teil unseres ITI Teams und gestaltest im engen Austausch mit unseren Projektteams unsere erfolgskritische IT-Infrastruktur und stellst so einen störungsfreien Betrieb sicher.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist für die Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung von modernen Application Services oder Infrastructur Services zuständig, wie z.B. Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Intune, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business) sowie weiteren fachbezogenen Applikationen
- Du berätst User, konzipierst und designst Lösungen und übernimmst den Anwendersupport für Modern-Workplace-Themen
- Du betreust Deploymentumgebungen (Microsoft 365 Intune, Kandji) für die Provisionierung und Patches inklusive Hotfixes unserer Workspaces
- Als technische Ansprechperson bist die Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachbereichen und der IT
- Du wirkst aktiv an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur mit und erstellst technische Konzepte und Dokumentationen
Dein Profil
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung z.B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), ein Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung abgeschlossen
- Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Clientmanagement, der Softwareverteilung (z.B. Intune, Kandji) oder Endpoint Protection (z.B. SentinelOne oder Microsoft Defender) mit
- Du hast Kenntnisse in der MS 365 Administration und Azure Active Directory
- Du besitzt eine hohe Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
