Your role as Motor Liability Claims Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
  • Handle motor liability claims independently from start to finish.
  • Communicate with lawyers, policyholders, and all other parties involved.
  • Support our clients by phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure claims are processed correctly and fairly.
  • Coordinate with external experts and service providers when needed.
Qualifications
  • Completed training in insurance and finance (or equivalent qualification).
  • Experience handling motor claims, ideally including personal injury cases.
  • A proactive mindset and motivation to take ownership.
  • Empathy, reliability, and strong communication skills with clients and lawyers.
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written).
