Ihre Aufgaben
  • Auftragsabwicklung von regionalen, nationalen, europaweiten und internationalen Umzugsprojekten
  • Projektkoordination von der Auftragsannahme bis zur Rechnungsstellung
  • Erstellung und Kontrolle von Angeboten sowie Kundenberatung in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Abstimmung und Koordination aller internen und externen Projektpartner (z.B. Lager, Disposition, Behörden, Partnerunternehmen)
  • Logistische Planung und Vorbereitung des Projektes sowie Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Regelmäßiger und intensiver Austausch mit den Kunden zum Projektablauf


Ihr Profil
  • Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, Logistikplanung oder Disposition
  • Ein stets freundliches und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
  • Absoluter Teamplayer
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition/Logistik, z.B. als Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen
  • Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) oder Berufswechsler (m/w/d) sind herzlich willkommen
  • Bereitschaft Neues zu lernen sowie zur internen und externen Weiterbildung
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität und Konzentration auch in stressigen Situationen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe EDV-Affinität sowie gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen
