We are looking for a talented FEA / Calculation Engineer to join a high-performance motorsport engineering team. You will work on advanced race car technology, ensuring structural integrity, performance, and reliability under competitive conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis of race car components, including metallic and composite parts, using FEA and hand calculations.
• Optimize designs for performance, weight, and reliability under race conditions.
• Participate in design reviews and define/oversee proof tests for components.
• Analyze test results and improve model correlation based on track data.
• Stay updated on motorsport materials and manufacturing technologies.
• Document and report calculation results according to development cycles

We are looking for a mechanical engineer with 2–3 years of motorsport structural analysis experience, proficient in FEA tools (Hyperworks, ANSYS, etc.) and familiar with metallic and composite materials. You are analytical, innovative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills, team spirit, and flexibility for travel and variable hours.
