As a Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, engaging directly with merchants, building relationships, and helping them access the right SumUp solutions for their business.
What You'll Be DoingOwn your sales pipeline end-to-end: qualify leads, engage prospects via phone and email, and convert them into loyal customers
Build strong, lasting relationships with small businesses by understanding their needs and showing how SumUp's ecosystem makes their operations simpler
Deliver compelling product consultations and demos — turning interest into adoption of our card readers, POS solutions, and software products
Drive results by meeting and exceeding ambitious sales KPIs in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Track your progress, share insights with the team, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Collaborate with your team, share best practices, and help shape a high-energy sales culture in the Berlin office
You'll Be a Great Fit If YouHave proven sales experience (POS, SaaS, hospitality, retail, or related industries a plus)
Are fluent in German (C1+) and strong in English for internal collaboration
Are confident, solution-oriented, and enjoy consultative selling
Thrive on targets and are motivated by measurable success
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are self-driven, resilient, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment
