Tasks

As a
Senior Fullstack Engineer
with advanced AI skills, you will combine hands-on coding excellence with the ability to technically own and drive enterprise-grade projects and AI systems from concept to delivery. You will architect, implement, maintain, and operate complex systems – both software and AI-driven – ensuring quality, scalability, and performance. This position will focus on projects and customers in the building materials industry, requiring an interest in understanding and implementing complex product structures, dependencies, and rules relevant to this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, maintainable solutions in modern TypeScript across the full stack.

• Architect, operate, and maintain AI-driven systems, ensuring reliability, monitoring, and performance tuning.

• Own technical delivery for projects, from architectural decisions to implementation details.

• Work with PostgreSQL databases and ensure high-quality data modeling and integrity.

• Leverage the Azure ecosystem for deployment, scalability, and integration.

• Implement and maintain complex product logic, ensuring maintainability and adaptability.

• Build AI pipelines, monitor AI model performance, and manage operational lifecycles.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to transform requirements into technical and AI solutions.

• Apply and enforce best practices for testing, code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and AI deployment workflows.

• Work with product-related datasets, aligning business needs with technical design.

• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in both software and AI systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven track record in fullstack development with modern TypeScript stacks.

• Strong experience in architecting and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and relational database design.

• Practical exposure to AI system integration and understanding of ML/LLM infrastructure needs.

• Solution-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to take technical ownership.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• German is mandatory at the fluent business level.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Azure (or comparable) cloud services and deployments.

• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows and DevOps practices.

• Experience with cloud scaling strategies, infrastructure monitoring, and operational reliability.
