Das ist Deine Aufgabe:

  • Fachliche, disziplinarische und strategische Leitung der Bereiche Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätskontrolle und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Sicherstellung der Anforderungen gemäß Medizinprodukteverordnung sowie der GMP-Compliance und regulatorischen Anforderungen im Bereich Kosmetikprodukte
  • Verantwortung für interne und externe Audits sowie Behördeninspektionen
  • Koordination von Abweichungsmanagement, Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zu Produktion, Entwicklung, Einkauf und Regulatory Affairs
  • Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung qualitätsrelevanter Prozesse und der Einführung neuer QM-Tools
Das bringst Du mit:
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. Pharmazie, Chemie, Biotechnologie)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Medizintechnik oder Kosmetik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen und Richtlinien (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, ggf. MDR)
  • Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke (auch in Englisch)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit QM-Software und Dokumentationssystemen
