Deine Aufgaben: 

  • Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Bonitätsänderungen sowie Einholung, Beurteilung und Aktualisierung von Bonitätsauskünften
  • Pflege, Disposition und Anpassung von Kreditlimits inkl. Setzen und Aufheben von Sperren bei Zahlungsverzögerungen oder fehlenden Unterlagen
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei risikobezogenen Fragestellungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Kontinuierliche Pflege der Kundenstammdaten und Archivierung inaktiver Kunden
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Systemen sowie Übernahme von Aufgaben in bereichsbezogenen Projekten

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit gutem betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis
  • Analytische, lösungsorientierte Denkweise sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und gutes Organisationsvermögen mit selbstständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und weiteren IT-Tools sowie Eigeninitiative und sorgfältiges Arbeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise ergänzt durch weitere Fremdsprachen
