Your role
As a market leader for health supplements in Germany, we have ambitious plans to bring our high-quality products to customers in Poland.
You, as our Content & Localisation Manager, will lead this effort on the content and community front. You will be fully responsible for successfully launching products, ensuring our message resonates deeply with the Polish consumer, and building our brand voice across all channels. You own the local brand voice, content quality, and community engagement in Poland, ensuring a perfect end-to-end customer experience.
Localise and create Polish-language content for product pages, newsletters, landing pages, and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and cultural relevanceDrive social media and community management to amplify our brand reach and trustTake a holistic approach to new product launches, optimising metadata, product titles, and descriptions for both Google Search and an exceptional user experienceConduct keyword and market research to inform content structure, identify local trends, and support our Google Search (SEO) effortsContribute to campaign ideation and digital storytelling, translating global concepts into engaging local narratives for social media and marketing channelsWork with structured content processes, including product data entry, ticket processing, and translation workflows to maintain the webshopTranslate, test, and improve written assets and campaign structures, leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and quality.
Your profile
You speak Polish at C2 level with excellent writing, translation, and editing skillsFluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plusMinimum 2 years of experience in content, localisation, or digital marketingYou have proven experience with Social Media or Influencer Marketing, are comfortable creating social content and have experience (or a strong interest) in managing influencer relationships and negotiationsExperience working in a dynamic environment, ideally in a DTC brand or scale-up contextStrong understanding of the Polish digital landscape, consumer behavior, and market dynamicsFamiliarity with SEO/SEA, keyword research, and content optimisation techniquesYou are comfortable managing creative storytelling, relationship building, and operational tasks proactively and a hands-on approachYou have a strong sense of ownership and curiosity, with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to push through roadblocks

Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: that's why the majority of our product range is vegan. We also take an innovative approach to packaging: most of our products are packaged in glass, making them almost entirely recyclable.
