22DataCatalysis GmbH is a dynamic data and software consultancy located in Martinsried, Munich. We develop innovative digital solutions for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Using agile methodologies, we create tailored software solutions for complex challenges. We are seeking a motivated working student to join our team on a volunteer basis for a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Role:

As part of our team, your primary responsibility will be to develop autonomous AI agents that assist in complex processes within biotech and pharma companies. Your tasks will include:

  • Developing and implementing AI agents to retrieve and analyse biological data, including scientific texts, experimental data, and biological sequences
  • Creating solutions to automate complex data analysis, research, and document drafting
  • Working with scientists to understand, clean and standardise data

Profile:

  • Mandatory: You must be a registered student at a German university.
  • Preferred Academic Background: Studies in Bioinformatics, Biology, or similar. Knowledge of protein biochemistry or structural biology is a plus.
  • Coding Skills: Proven experience in a programming language used for data analysis (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, Julia). Experience in web development is a plus.
  • Interest: A keen interest in the latest AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, AI coding assistants)
