Seit unserer Gründung im Jahr 2016 sind wir mittlerweile als Sofortlieferdienst für Getränke und Lebensmittel in nahezu allen Metropolregionen Deutschlands vertreten. Seit 2020 ist die flaschenpost Teil der Oetker-Gruppe.

Für Dich auf Lager:

  • Vollzeit: 40 Stunden pro Woche (an 5 Wochentagen, montags bis samstags), 2-Schicht-System (früh/spät)
  • Festgehalt plus Team-Bonus

Dein Liefergebiet:

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung des Lagerpersonals und stellst sicher, dass die Arbeitssicherheit jederzeit gewährleistet ist
  • Du führst die Bestandskontrolle durch und verwaltest das Lager systemseitig
  • Du organisierst das Lager, indem du die Warenannahme, Einlagerung und Kommissionierung übernimmst und für Ordnung sowie Sauberkeit sorgst
  • Du gibst die Lieferfahrzeuge ordnungsgemäß aus und nimmst diese bei der Rückgabe auch wieder entgegen
  • Du bist an der Entwicklung für Optimierungsmaßnahmen für die Logistikprozesse beteiligt und setzt diese auch um

Das hast du im Sortiment:

  • Du verfügst bestenfalls über eine Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in der Logistik (als junges Unternehmen geben wir auch gerne entsprechend qualifizierten und überzeugenden Quereinsteiger:innen eine Chance)
  • Du hast idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung (bspw. als Schichtleiter:in)
  • Du besitzt idealerweise einen Fahrausweis für Flurförderzeuge (Gabelstaplerschein) und eine gültige G25-Untersuchung
  • Du überzeugst durch eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz sowie selbstständige, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du bringst die Bereitschaft zur Wechselschicht und viel Freude an der Arbeit mit
