Deutschland GP Strategies Vollzeit 80.000 € - 150.000 € pro Jahr

This role is responsible for driving double-digit revenue growth, expanding into new services and geographies, and securing long-term client partnerships. You will act as a senior sales leader, orchestrating cross-functional teams and engaging C-suite stakeholders to deliver transformative, AI-enabled learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Own and exceed annual sales targets, including net-new Total Contract Value (TCV) and renewal revenue.
  • Develop and execute multi-year sales strategies aligned with client business goals and GP's full solution suite.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including RFP responses, sole-source negotiations, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
    Build and manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator), ensuring accurate forecasting and deal progression.

Client Acquisition & Expansion

  • Identify and pursue whitespace opportunities across global accounts, including new geographies and service lines.
  • Drive strategic account planning and territory growth initiatives in collaboration with regional sales teams.
    Cultivate executive-level relationships to influence buying decisions and expand GP's footprint.

Solution Selling & Innovation

  • Position GP Strategies as a thought leader in AI-powered learning and workforce transformation.
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to co-create innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
    Present compelling business cases linking learning outcomes to enterprise performance metrics.

Commercial Excellence & Negotiation

  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and margin protection efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial terms and proactively manage risk and escalations.
    Monitor SLA and KPI performance to reinforce value and secure renewals.

Skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field; MBA or M.Ed. preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing $25–100M+ global accounts in L&D, HR services, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in quota-carrying sales roles with high renewal and expansion rates.
  • Deep understanding of consultative selling, solution design, and enterprise buying cycles.
  • Executive presence with strong negotiation, financial acumen, and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools (Dynamics 365, Power BI, Gong).
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.
    Fluency in English and German; additional languages a plus.
