Responsibilities
We are looking for a (Senior) QA Engineer (all genders) to actively contribute to the manual testing as well as driving the test automation for our remote access, control and support solution.

  • Take responsibility for manual and automated testing of features across various platforms including Windows, Android, iOS, Mac, Linux and Web
  • Develop automated tests for features and services implemented by the team
  • Own the test planning, test development, test execution and test run reporting
  • Work closely with our Software Engineers to ensure the best testability of the features
  • Foster a continuous improvement approach to QA activities
  • Actively work with QAs from other teams on common topics
  • Find bugs, isolate, document, regress, and track your findings
  • Ensure test plans thoroughly cover all requirements and customer use cases
  • Actively participate in refinement of your team, provide feedback from the end-user perspective
  • Monitor and maintain daily automated regression runs

Requirements

  • A university or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related subject
  • Sound foundation of experience in manual and automation testing or software development is required
  • Knowledge of the programming language C# and/or Typescript/Javascript
  • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, team managers to collect quality requirements and describe the quality measures of the product
  • Proven skills and working history in design and implementation of automation testing
  • Experience in working with common software testing tools like TestRail, Cypress, Ranorex, etc.
  • Close attention to details and the desire to learn and work with innovative technology every day
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
