We are a performance-driven social commerce and creator marketing agency helping brands scale through TikTok Shop and live selling formats. We combine strategic content, creator partnerships, and conversion-focused live streams to drive measurable revenue. As we expand our TikTok Shop operations, we are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded Live Streaming Operations Manager to lead and optimize our live shopping projects from our Munich hub.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for managing the complete operational pipeline of TikTok Shop live streams for multiple client brands—from planning content and coordinating talent to monitoring live performance and optimizing conversion. You'll work closely with creators, brand partners, and internal creative teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

Live Stream Planning & Coordination

  • Develop live stream schedules and programming across multiple brands.
  • Create run-of-show scripts, talking points, product focus lists, and promotional sequences.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, coupons, and TikTok Shop backend setup.

Creator & Host Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard live show hosts and content creators.
  • Train creators on product positioning, selling techniques, and audience engagement best practices.
  • Act as the main point of contact for influencer relationships and collaborations.

Live Execution & Optimization

  • Supervise studio setup: cameras, lighting, mics, backdrop, product staging, etc.
  • Monitor live sessions in real-time to optimize conversions and engagement.
  • Conduct performance debriefs and adjust strategy to improve KPIs (CTR, CVR, AOV, retention, etc.).

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Communicate performance results and insights to clients.
  • Align live streaming plans with brand messaging, promotions, and inventory availability.
  • Collaborate with content, paid media, logistics, and account management teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1+ years experience in TikTok Shop, live commerce, influencer marketing, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and creator ecosystems.
  • Confident in data analysis and conversion-focused storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English & German
