About the Role

We're looking for a
Chief of Staff
to work directly with three Lunar's partners and help the fund operate at its best. This is a high-trust, high-impact role at the center of everything we do— connecting strategy, operations, and relationships.

You're here to shape creative chaos. You'll help bring structure to a fast-moving environment: making sure meetings turn into action, communication flows clearly, and priorities stay on track. Some days you'll focus on coordination - calendars, travel, and logistics. Other days, you'll design systems and processes that make the team more effective or help us manage our growing network of founders, investors, and collaborators.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments,
enjoys bringing clarity and structure to complex, fast-moving situations
, and understands the rhythm of the venture and startup world.

You'll have the freedom to build, improve, and shape how we work - while staying close to the ideas and people driving the future of deep tech.

What You'll Do

• Keep things running smoothly
  . Oversee calendars, meetings, travel, and day-to-day operations - keeping everything organized, efficient, and moving forward.
• Plan and run internal and external events
• from company offsite to founder meetups, and investor gatherings that build connection and momentum across the ecosystem.
• Make systems smarter.
  Design and improve workflows that help the team collaborate efficiently and scale without friction.
• Be the connector.
  Track and nurture relationships with founders, investors, and partners - helping great ideas turn into real opportunities.
• Own special projects.
  Lead initiatives across operations, investor communications, and process improvements that move Lunar forward.
• Keep the team aligned.
  Translate discussions into clear actions and follow-ups that drive accountability.
• Stay one step ahead.
  Anticipate needs, surface priorities, and help the partners focus on what creates the most impact.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment - ideally in startups, venture capital, or executive operations.
• Familiar with the
  VC and tech startup ecosystem
• how investors, founders, and operators collaborate.
• Proven experience supporting senior management or multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Skilled at managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and organizing events end to end.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to prioritize, plan, and execute with minimal oversight.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools (Notion, CRMs, automation, AI assistants).
• You bring structure without rigidity and thrive in a culture that values autonomy, curiosity, and trust.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting multiple executives or partners simultaneously.
• Direct experience in venture capital, fundraising, or founder operations.
• Interest in deep tech, innovation, or the startup landscape.
