As Strategy Consultant, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of Siemens' digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on foundational technologies like AI, IoT and cloud computing.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify new opportunities for technological integration and process optimization across Siemens' diverse business units.

• Uphold the highest quality standards in all tasks, ensuring exceptional execution and delivery.

You excel in

• Excellent academic qualifications (Master's) in a STEM field, ideally with an addition in business
• Long term professional experience with expertise in a software business
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial approach
• Ability to persuade and collaborate with various partners across companies, functions and hierarchies, employing a proactive and openminded approach to finding solutions
• Proven project leadership management skills in an international, cross-functional setting, effectively integrating and collaborating with a diverse ecosystem
• Excellent business network across Siemens, knowledge of Siemens software portfolio, technologies and processes would be a plus.
• Genuine passion for shaping the future tech agenda of the company
• Business fluent in English and German is required
• High levels of social competence, passion and a team-oriented approach
