Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing detailed project plans for the preliminary and bidding stages of international wind power projects, formulating and executing wind power project solution strategies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. Lead the solution work of the project, organize and conduct technical work during the project bidding stage, and clarify project objectives, scope, and responsibilities of all parties.
  • Organize cross-functional project teams, ensure team members have the necessary capabilities to complete project tasks. Coordinate work among team members, resolve internal conflicts and issues, and promote team collaboration and efficient operation.
  • Engage in in-depth communication with clients, understand client needs, provide professional wind power solution consulting and recommendations, and support technical exchanges for the project.
  • Identify and assess risks and potential issues in the project, develop corresponding risk response strategies. Regularly monitor risk status and take timely measures to address emerging risks.
  • Deeply understand the technological development trends in the wind power industry, analyze market demand, identify potential opportunities, and develop corresponding solutions.

Qualifications

  • Familiar with the development process and technical requirements of offshore wind power projects, including wind resource assessment, site selection, feasibility studies, equipment selection, EPC contracting, etc. Familiar with various aspects of solutions and project management knowledge.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the European wind power industry, with relevant experience as a technical project manager.
  • Strong project management skills, proficient in project management tools and methods (e.g., PMP certification, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong learning ability and innovative spirit, able to adapt to industry developments and changes.
  • Excellent business negotiation skills and contract management ability.
