  • Als Intern (all genders) Corporate Finance/ M&A wirst du vom ersten Tag in spannende Projekte und in die Strategieentwicklung der Gruppe eingebunden
  • Bei der Unterstützung von Akquisitionsvorgängen durch vorbereitende Analysen, der Mitarbeit an Due Diligence Prüfungen, oder dem Vorbereiten einer Kaufvertragsverhandlung, stellst du dein Können unter Beweis
  • Außerdem bringst du deine Fähigkeiten bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Firmenbewertungsmodelle, sowie bei Unternehmens- und Marktanalysen bezüglich strategischer Fragestellungen ein
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem erfahrenen Team sammelst du wertvolle Erfahrungen aus erster Hand und lernst interessante Unternehmerpersönlichkeiten, Private Equity Gesellschaften und M&A Boutiquen kennen
Was Dich auszeichnet
  • Du hast deine analytischen Fertigkeiten bereits durch ausgezeichnete Studienleistungen unter Beweis gestellt und befindest dich mindestens im 4. Semester
  • Du studierst Wirtschafts- oder Naturwissenschaften und bringst bereits Erfahrung aus anderen Praktika bei Investmentbanken/-boutiquen, Private Equity Gesellschaften, Strategie- bzw. IT-Beratungen oder renommierten Industrieunternehmen mit
  • Du zeigst Teamgeist, kannst aber auch selbstständig arbeiten
  • Du bist belastbar und unterstützt das Team mit deiner Kreativität
  • Du beherrschst MS-Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
  • Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind fließend
