Für unser Armaturenwerk in Wittlich suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Supplier Quality Specialist (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, um unser Team im Bereich Qualitätswesen zu verstärken.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Im Rahmen der Wareneingangs-/ausgangskontrolle führst du eigenverantwortlich Stichprobenkontrollen nach SAP-Prüfplänen durch. Das bedeutet, du bist dafür verantwortlich, dass unsere Produkte, die ankommen oder rausgehen, immer unseren Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.

  • Du führst zum Beispiel Berstdrucktests, Rauhigkeitsmessungen, Härtemessungen, Shore-Härte-Messungen und Dichtemessungen durch.

  • Du verantwortest serienbegleitende Nickeltests und den Versand der Proben in das externe Labor.

  • Du koordinierst die Retourenbearbeitung:

    • Du führst Dichtigkeitsprüfungen durch.

    • Du analysierst die retournierten Produkte technisch im Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung.

    • Du erstellst die Werksbefunde. Nach deiner Analyse erstellst du einen detaillierten Bericht über die Ergebnisse.

  • Du erstellst Serienfreigaben bei Pilotloslieferungen.

  • Du unterstützt die Erstbemusterung bei Musterteilen. Bei neuen Teilen oder Produkten hilfst du dabei, die ersten Muster zu prüfen und freizugeben.

  • Du führst serienbegleitende Messungen an Eigenfertigungs- und Zulieferteilen durch.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung

  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für technische Abläufe und Zusammenhänge

  • Du hast idealerweise bereits Kenntnisse in der Messtechnik (z.B. 3D-Messmaschine, optische Messmaschine)

  • Du solltest wissen, welche Regeln und Vorgaben bei unseren Produkten und Prozessen wichtig sind

  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und sehr sorgfältig

  • Der Umgang mit MS-Office ist für dich kein Problem, SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamfähig, belastbar und flexibel

  • Probleme löst du mit Eigenmotivation und Köpfchen

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
