About the Role

The talent landscape is changing ever so quickly, and the competition requires us to
think differently and act fast
. We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly motivated Talent Marketing Intern to support our
channel marketing
and
university partnership
initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys experimenting with new ideas, and wants to make a real impact on how we attract and engage top talent.

What Success Looks Like

A. Channel Marketing

  • Campaigns you help plan and execute result in
    measurable growth in candidate engagement
    across social media, email, and job platforms.
  • Content you create
    strengthens Coretylynt's employer brand
    and resonates with the target audience.
  • You
    identify and optimize high-performing channels
    , making campaigns more effective over time.
  • Collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team ensures
    consistent and impactful messaging
    across all recruitment channels.

B. University Partnerships

  • Relationships you build with universities, student organizations, and career centers lead to
    expanded early-talent pipelines
    .
  • Campus events and initiatives you support
    deliver high engagement and positive candidate experiences
    .
  • Feedback from universities and students informs
    strategic improvements
    in partnership programs.
  • Campus ambassador programs and outreach activities
    enhance Coretylynt's presence and employer brand
    on key campuses.
