Werkstudent / Praktikant (w/m/d)
. Wir haben letztes Jahr unsere neue Büroflächen im FOUR bezogen und sind in Frankfurt mit über 100 Mitarbeitern vertreten.

Stellenbeschreibung
Das Ist Deine Aufgabe

  • Unterstützung des Capital Advisory & Operational Real Estate-Teams in allen Geschäftsprozessen
  • Mitarbeit an der Erstellung von komplexen Portfolio- und Investmentanalysen über alle Immobilienarten hinweg
  • Vorbereitung und Optimierung von Vermarktungsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Investment Memoranden, Teasern, Pitchbüchern und Präsentationen
  • Modellierung von Finanzierungsszenarien und unterschiedlichen Kapitaltranchen
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben, Datenbankpflege sowie Researchtätigkeiten
  • Aufbereitung von Transaktionen und Marktanalysen
  • Aufbereitung von Excel-Listen und Daten

Qualifikationen
Das Bringst Du Mit

  • Du befindest Dich derzeit im letzten Jahr deines Bachelor-Studiums oder bist bereits im Master-Studium, idealerweise mit wirtschaftlichem/finanzwirtschaftlichem Fokus.
  • Du hast bereits erste Einblicke in den Bereich Immobilienfinanzierung und Bewertung von Immobilien erhalten.
  • Deine Kommunikationsskills in Deutsch und Englisch sind sehr gut und es bereitet Dir Freude, eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert zu arbeiten
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse, weitere IT-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Hohes Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Analysestärke zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an Deine Arbeitstätigkeit und bist ein Teamplayer
