Job Description
The Account Management Services team consists of multiple highly qualified Banking Specialists, providing top-notch business processes as a service. We support our customers in operational Banking Transaction matters. With Avaloq's state-of-the-art banking software and smart reliable processes, we aim to provide innovative value added services in a constantly changing banking environment.
Key tasks
- Providing various German Banking Operations services in the area of account management
- Successful implementation of services for Client Opening, Client Maintenance and Client Closing
- Supporting the team improving the functionalities of Avaloq's core banking platform and the related operational processes to increase efficiency and decrease operational risks
- Supporting the team in projects and testing of new functionalities or regular releases
Qualifications
- Working experience in Banking Operations, e.g., Account Management Services
- Team spirit with a high level of quality awareness
- Good command in English, fluency in German
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
It would be a real bonus if you have
- Apprenticeship in banking or equivalent education or university degree in business administration, economics or law
