About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Product Designer with experience working on complex user journeys and product innovation. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of our revolutionary sets of AI tools. You will be responsible for bringing the voice of the user to life in product and design teams by conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and high-fidelity prototypes.

In this role you will
  • Identify user needs and preferences: Conduct thorough user research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and preferences using qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Generate insights and deliverables that influence how our product teams think about medium and long-term product strategy, aligned with design and business KPIs
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
About you
  • 4+ years of work experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Proficiency in a diverse range of user research methodologies
  • An excellent knack for user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and usability
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills; able to effectively communicate complex research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

In addition, the following would be an advantage

  • Technical understanding of data analysis, machine learning, AI and LLMs
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, pre-PMF environment
