Job Summary

Valiantys UK is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our talented delivery team.

You'll play a key role in leading client engagements from presales to successful delivery, providing expert technical guidance and ensuring projects align with business goals.

This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic consulting, giving you the opportunity to design, deliver, and optimize Atlassian-based solutions that drive real value.

You'll work closely with clients, project managers, and consultants to deliver outstanding results — while mentoring others, shaping best practices, and strengthening Valiantys' position as a leader in the Atlassian ecosystem.

Purpose and Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead requirement analysis, translating business needs into effective technical solutions
• Scope and design smart, scalable Atlassian implementations
• Configure, integrate, and deploy solutions aligned with best practices
• Conduct system audits and deliver optimization recommendations
• Deliver client training sessions and ensure smooth knowledge transfer

Consulting Leadership

• Act as the main technical contact and escalation point for client engagements
• Guide consultants and share expertise across the delivery team
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth
• Collaborate with Atlassian and Marketplace partners to resolve complex challenges

Client Engagement

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
• Advise clients on how to maximize value from their Atlassian tools and Valiantys services
• Identify new opportunities and collaborate with Sales on future engagements

Presales Support

• Participate in discovery and scoping sessions with clients
• Design and present tailored demonstrations, proof of concepts, or workshops
• Contribute to statements of work (SoWs), RFPs, and technical proposals

Thought Leadership

• Share knowledge through documentation, blog posts, and community events
• Stay up-to-date on the Atlassian ecosystem and emerging technologies
• Contribute to internal enablement, innovation, and R&D initiatives

Do you have what it takes to be our future Senior Atlassian Consultant?

• Proven experience delivering Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, etc.) or similar enterprise tool implementations
• Strong background in technical consulting, presales, or project delivery
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills — able to engage both technical and executive stakeholders
• Experience mentoring others and driving technical excellence within a team
• Atlassian certifications or willingness to obtain them
