Verantwortlichkeiten

• Selbstständige Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen sowie Equipment vor Ort 

• Bedienung und Überprüfung von Kontrollsystemen (Messwarte), sowie erforderliche Dokumentation und Kommunikation 

• Entnahme von Proben und Durchführung von Laboranalysen 

• Aktive Beteiligung der Fehlersuche zur Lösung prozessbezogener Abweichungen und Probleme 

• Unterstützung und Anleitung anderer beim Anlagenbetrieb 

• Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten der Anlagenoptimierung und zur Erreichung der Operating Discipline 

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in chemischer Fachrichtung, idealerweise Chemikant:in, Chemiebetriebsjungwerker:in oder vergleichbar 

• Praktische Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung produktionstechnischer Anlagen 

• Gute Deutsch- und Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache 

• Erfüllung der gesundheitlichen Anforderungen an einen Atemschutzgeräteträger (G26-3)

• Tauglichkeit für den Schichtbetrieb  

Ihre Fertigkeiten

• Gutes Verständnis für physikalisch-chemische und komplexe prozesstechnische Zusammenhänge inkl. Technologien und chemischer Einzelprozesse 

• Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungs- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein und Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet des Arbeits-/ Gesundheits- und Brandschutzes sowie Umweltschutzvorschriften

• Teamarbeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit im Schichtbetrieb
