Deine Aufgaben
- Zentrale Rolle in der strategischen Preisgestaltung für mehr als Produkte
- Direkte Berichtslinie an den Chief Commercial Officer
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Vertrieb, E-Commerce, Marketing und internationalen Schwesterunternehmen (Niederlande, Großbritannien, Polen, Tschechien)
- Ständiger Blick auf den lokalen Preisrahmen
- Entscheidungen mit unmittelbarem Einfluss auf die Wettbewerbsstärke von Calumet im stationären Handel und Online – mit Signaleffekt bis zum CEO
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung langfristiger Preisstrategien für unser Omni-Channel-Geschäft
- Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsdaten zur kontinuierlichen Preisoptimierung
- Durchführung von Preis- und Margenanalysen
- Monitoring und Steuerung von Aktions- und Kampagnenpreisen
- Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Pricing-Tools und -Prozesse
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Pricing, Category Management, Controlling oder E-Commerce
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Daten- und Zahlenaffinität
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit BI-Tools, SQL und Pricing-Software von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Teamorientierung
- Affinität zur Fotografie und Technik ist ein Plus
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
