Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Pharmaunternehmen im Rhein-Main-Gebiet, suchen wir ab sofort einen (Senior) Legal Counsel (m/w/d) im Bereich Vertragsrecht. Der Einsatz für max. 18 Monate geplant und ist vor Ort in Teil- oder Vollzeit zu absolvieren.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie sind Teil der Rechtsabteilung und der achtköpfigen Corporate Abteilung
  • Gestaltung, Verhandlung und Prüfung von Verträgen aller Art (Vertrieb, Vermarktung, Werbung)
  • Ansprechpartner für interne Businesspartner und Vertragsverhandlungen mit externen Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Proaktiver Aufbau und Pflege interner und externer Netzwerke zur pragmatischen Umsetzung rechtlicher Aspekte

Ihr Profil:
  • Volljurist (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (+3 Jahre) in einer Rechtsabteilung im Bereich Vertragsrecht. Gerne in der Pharmabranche
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt
