Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Execution of repairs and maintenance inspections
• Commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of tools, as well as machines and equipment
• Setup of tools, production machines, and automated machines
• Reporting and rectifying process disruptions
• Creation, installation, and customization of replacement and new parts
• Optimization of processes
• Planning, monitoring, and executing projects, inspections, maintenance, and repair measures
• Conducting test series to improve product quality
• Participation in and support of LEAN projects
• Compliance with DIN, ISO, and GMP guidelines
• Ensuring cleanliness of the machine and surroundings

Education

• Completed training as an Industrial Mechanic or Tool Mechanic
• Knowledge of various production processes, e.g., turning and milling
• Basic knowledge in pneumatics

Work Experience

• Several years of professional experience in the industry

• Teamwork ability and good communication skills
• High quality awareness and independent working style
• Good MS Office skills
• Good English skills desirable
• Willingness to work shifts in a multi-shift system
