As a Senior Staff Engineer (f/m/d), you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from concept to delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our software engineering efforts and mentoring junior engineers to help them grow in their careers.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Develop software for semiconductor R&D, focusing on digital processes, design automation and data management
• Collaborate closely with software architects, other developers, and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple locations
• Engage with customers in R&D to gather requirements and develop intuitive user interfaces for R&D
• Act as a primary technical contact for internal customers

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Strong expertise in full stack software development, with proficiency in Python (e.g., FastAPI/Flask) and C# (e.g., ASP.NET), as well as front-end frameworks (e.g., React)
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Openshift/Kubernetes
• Practical knowledge of database systems, including relational (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
• Experience with creating user-friendly, high-performance web interfaces; familiarity with UI/UX principles is a plus
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts; experience in integrating ML models into a microservice architecture is advantageous
• Expertise in DevOps and agile methodologies, such as SCRUM, with a track record of contributing to iterative and collaborative development processes
