Als Manager führst du ein starkes Team von Consultants, das bei unseren Kunden für State-of-the-Art Datacenter- und Netzwerk-Lösungen sorgt. Deine Rolle kombiniert Leadership, Business Development und strategische Verantwortung.

Du bist Coach, Sparringspartner und Impulsgeber – und bringst dein Team dazu, Bestleistungen zu erbringen. Gleichzeitig bist du im Vertrieb aktiv eingebunden, unterstützt bei Kundenterminen und trägst direkt zum Wachstum unseres Consulting-Portfolios bei.

Deine Aufgaben

• Leadership: Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst dein Team, damit es fachlich wie persönlich wachsen kann.
• Operations: Du bist für das Budget verantwortlich und entwickelst das Team inhaltlich und zahlenmäßig weiter.
• Projekte & Kunden: Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Kundenprojekte erfolgreich umgesetzt werden – ob Netzwerk, Storage, Server oder Private Clouds.
• Sales Power: Gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb bringst du neue Projekte und Kunden an Bord, präsentierst Lösungen und entwickelst Services weiter.
• Innovation: Du hältst die Augen offen für Markttrends, treibst neue Themen wie Automatisierung und Hybrid-Cloud-Lösungen voran und bringst dein Team auf den neuesten Stand.

Dein Profil

• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in der Leitung von Consultants oder Projekteams
• Nachweisbare Leadership-Skills: Coaching, Motivation, People Development
• Breites technisches Wissen in Datacenter-Themen: Netzwerke, Server, Storage, Private Clouds, Automation, Betriebssysteme
• Spaß an Kundenkontakt und vertrieblichem Arbeiten
• Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten bei Kunden und Partnern
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
