Seu Cardápio Diário:
  • Atuar como referência técnica em IA e engenharia de software na estrutura de iFood Benefícios, navegando entre diferentes squads em um momento de formação e estruturação do time.
  • Conduzir análises técnicas profundas, identificando oportunidades de otimização e propondo soluções escaláveis, resilientes e de alta performance.
  • Fomentar inovação, experimentando e implementando modelos e agentes de IA (conversacionais, autônomos e integrados a sistemas).
  • Apoiar a construção da plataforma de IA, garantindo reprodutibilidade, boas práticas e governança técnica.
  • Interagir com stakeholders de diferentes áreas, conectando necessidades do negócio com soluções técnicas e influenciando decisões.
  • Contribuir para a evolução da operação e do produto, impulsionando o uso de IA para ganho de eficiência em escala.
Ingredientes Que Buscamos:
  • Experiência sólida com Inteligência Artificial aplicada, incluindo agentes, orquestradores e ferramentas como LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse, CrewAI.
  • Forte proficiência em Python voltada ao desenvolvimento de soluções de IA.
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento FullStack com Node.Js, React.Js, Kotlin, Java ou linguagens correlatas.
  • Experiência comprovada em liderança técnica e desenvolvimento de software em ambientes de alta complexidade.
  • Profundo conhecimento em arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos, com habilidade para projetar e implementar soluções escaláveis e de alta disponibilidade.
  • Habilidade para lidar com múltiplas tarefas e prioridades em um ambiente dinâmico.

  • Conhecimento em produtos financeiros e de benefícios, incluindo jornadas de aquisição, CRM, atendimento e processos transacionais.
