Your tasks

  • Recording and processing customer orders in the ERP system
  • General customer correspondence on the phone and by e-mail
  • Coordination and coordination with other departments to ensure smooth order processing
  • Article and customer master data maintenance
  • Supporting existing customers with regard to stocks, delivery dates, stock lists and blanket orders
  • Support with special tasks

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
  • At least two years of experience in internal sales or in a comparable administrative position
  • High service and customer orientation as well as strong communication skills in German, English and ideally another foreign language
  • Structured, independent way of working and a high degree of flexibility
  • Team spirit, reliability and enjoyment of proactive work
  • Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA desirable
