Role Description
This is a contract position for a Cafe Manager based on-site in Berlin, Germany. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory management, maintaining food safety standards, implementing sales strategies, and fostering an inviting and efficient environment. The role also involves resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle customer interactions, offer great service, and effectively lead a team.
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service management, such as handling daily operations, ensuring food safety, and maintaining quality standards.
- Knowledge of Sales strategies and practices to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Organizational and leadership skills to manage scheduling, staff training, and operational tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude in managing challenges and providing seamless service to customers.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service management is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or additional languages is a plus.
