Role Description

Hybrid | Pan-European | Founding Ambassador Role

We're building a European executive network — a series of private, off-the-record dinners where senior leaders exchange ideas on how organisations, leadership and work are evolving.

To expand this circle, we're inviting a small number of CMO Ambassadors to represent the network in their city.

Your role

  • Act as a trusted voice for the people-and-leadership agenda in your region.
  • Co-host one or two intimate dinners or dialogues per year with other executives.
  • Help shape themes around culture, transformation and leadership.
  • Curate a diverse mix of senior attendees and contribute insights to the broader European ambassador group.

Who you are

  • A Marketing leader with a strong professional network.
  • Curious, credible and passionate about meaningful, cross-functional leadership dialogue.
  • Based in a major European city (e.g. Berlin, Munich, Milan, Zurich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris or London).
