C++/Qt Software Developer

Your Responsibilities
- Design and develop
C++ desktop and system-level applications - Implement application logic, data models, and core services
- Work with
modern C++ (C++17/20)
in a structured, maintainable codebase - Contribute to
software architecture
, modular design, and long-term product strategy - Develop and maintain
user-facing functionality
(GUI, workflows, tooling) - Improve performance, stability, and scalability of existing applications
- Collaborate with product management, UX, QA, and other engineering teams
- Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain high code quality standards
Your Profile
- Professional experience in
application-level C++ development - Strong understanding of
object-oriented design
, clean architecture, and design patterns - Experience with
modern C++ standards
and the STL - Familiarity with one or more of the following areas:
- Qt
(Widgets, QML, Model/View concepts) - Cross-platform desktop development
- Multithreading and concurrency
- File systems, IPC, or data-driven applications
- Experience working with
large, long-lived codebases - Confident using
CMake, Git
, and modern development workflows - Analytical mindset and a structured, quality-focused working style
- Good English skills; German is an advantage
Technical Environment
- C++17 / C++20
- Qt for application and UI development
- CMake, Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Windows and/or Linux platforms
- Modular, testable software architecture
