Aufgaben
  • Erfassung und Prüfung aller Geschäftsprozesse, einschließlich Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen, Zahlungen und Banktransaktionen
  • Durchführung von Bankabstimmungen und Kontenabstimmungen im Haupt- und Nebenbuch
  • Bearbeitung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung einschließlich Fakturierung, Zahlungsüberwachung und Mahnwesen
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Erstellung und Einreichung der monatlichen Konzernabschlüsse und Berichte an die Muttergesellschaft
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach HGB
  • Ansprechpartner für den CEO/CFO/Leiter der Finanzabteilung in Fragen des Rechnungswesens
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen zur Effizienzsteigerung der Finanzabteilung
  • Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting
  • Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen und in der Finanzberichterstattung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise Business Central oder vergleichbare ERP-Systeme)
  • Erfahrung in der umfassenden Abbildung der Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung sowohl in der Neben- als auch in der Hauptbuchhaltung sowie in der ordnungsgemäßen Umsatzrealisierung
  • Erfahrung in der Zahlungsabwicklung über einen Payment Service Provider von Vorteil
  • Fachkenntnisse in der Buchhaltung nach den Grundsätzen ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung (HGB)
  • Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und analytische Fähigkeiten, verbunden mit guten Organisations- und Strukturierungsfähigkeiten
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit sowie sorgfältige, zielorientierte, problemlösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
