Job Description
Role Overview:
Join our R&D team to design and develop innovative products from concept to prototype. You will work on CAD design, process development, testing, and support innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design parts and assemblies in 3D CAD and create technical drawings
• Develop concepts and processes for prototypes and series production
• Support prototype manufacturing and testing, including reporting results
• Perform or coordinate simulations (FEM, Mold-Flow)
• Maintain documentation and BOMs in DMS
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on requirements
• Contribute to innovation and process improvements

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or similar
• Experience with CAD (3D) and technical drawings
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tolerance analysis
• Familiarity with FEM/Mold-Flow and prototype development
• Good communication skills in German and English
