The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location for around 500 employees.

A day in the life of a Sr. Specialist Sales Operations E-Commerce (m/f/x):

• You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence for Europe's leading e-commerce pure players together with our agile team, executing aligned processes in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• You bring a problem-solving mindset with a strong interest in e-commerce and collaborative ways of working
• You will provide article master data to our partners
• You will ensure fact-based decision-making by utilizing existing data and reporting, working closely with sales analysts and the controlling team
• You will be responsible for divisional reporting, such as delivery status and available-to-sell reports
• You will improve and maintain an efficient replenishment process

What do we need from you? You have:

• 2-3 years of extensive experience in Sales Operations
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, demonstrated through specific achievements
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, fostering a high degree of team spirit
• Very good MS-Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with certifications or specific achievements
• Initial knowledge of SAP FMS would be a plus, detailing any specific experience or training
• Good command of written and spoken English & German
